Who is responsible for your information
Crown Educare Limited (company number 14738259) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is 30 Chalk Road, Erith, Bexley, London DA8 1FU. You can contact us at support@crowneducare.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you submit an eligibility or contact enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, your study interest and the message you provide. We also keep security records containing pseudonymised connection and browser fingerprints, timestamps and evidence of privacy acknowledgement. Administrator activity is logged for accountability.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the education guidance you are seeking, manage follow-up and protect the website from misuse. Our usual lawful bases are taking steps at your request before providing a service and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, administering the service and securing our systems.
Who receives it
Access is limited to authorised Crown Educare personnel and service providers needed to host or maintain the website. We do not sell personal information. We will only share information with an education provider or another party when there is an appropriate basis and you have been told what will happen.
Retention and security
Routine enquiries are reviewed and normally deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless an active service, complaint, legal requirement or dispute justifies a different period. Records can be reviewed and deleted through the protected administration system. We use access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, request validation, rate limits and audit records; no online system can be guaranteed risk-free.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a copy of your information. Contact us first so we can consider your request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Please minimise sensitive information
Do not submit passports, financial details, health information, account passwords or document copies through our public forms. If further information is genuinely needed, we will explain an appropriate next step.
